Description
The Information & Referral Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for individuals seeking support from the Centre. This position provides information, referrals, intake support, resource navigation, and administrative coordination to ensure community members can access appropriate services and supports.
This position also supports statistics, data collection, reporting, and maintenance of referral resources and community partnerships.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in human services, human ecology, social work, administrative studies, or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education , training, and experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working as part of a team
- Experience working with vulnerable populations or community services
- Ability to maintain confidential records and documentation
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and database systems
